TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER VELENJE (TIC)

The Velenje Tourist Information Centre (TIC Velenje) is in Villa Bianca (Stari trg 3, 3320 Velenje) and is overseen by the Šaleška Valley Tourist Board (ZTŠD).

TIC collects and disseminates information on tourist attractions, cultural and sporting events, cuisine, and all lodging options in Velenje, the SAŠA region, and Slovenia for domestic and international visitors and citizens. It takes reservations for tours of the Šaleška Valley with a local tourist guide and provides promotional materials. TIC Velenje promotes the destination via electronic media (website, Facebook, Instagram, TIK TOK), sells souvenirs made by local providers, including souvenirs made by people with disabilities. It provides assistance to all Trippstory application users and mountain bike rental with all accessories (helmets, child seats).

We also offer guided tours of Villa Bianca, rent out the Villa Bianca business premises, and perform wedding ceremonies.
TIC Velenje is accessible to everyone, including seniors, physically disabled people, the visually impaired and blind, the hard of hearing and deaf, and people with other disabilities.

1 to 2 persons: €95
3 to 6 persons: €120
7 to 12 persons: €150
13 to 20 persons: €175
21 to 50 persons: €200

Admission fees to museums are not included in the guide service prices and are paid separately.
Modifications to standard programs and the preparation of customized programs upon the client’s request are possible. In such cases, prices are determined based on the agreed program.
The client may cancel the tour. In this case, the Šaleška Valley Tourism Board reserves the right to reimbursement of costs incurred as follows:

– If the tour is canceled 1 day before the scheduled date, the client must pay 50% of the price.
– If the tour is canceled on the day of the tour, the client must pay 80% of the price.
– If the client does not cancel and does not attend, the full price (100%) is charged.
Guide waiting time:
If the guide has to wait for the client between 15 and 60 minutes, an additional €35 is charged. The guide will not wait for more than 60 minutes.
Extension of the tour:
For every extension between 15 and 60 minutes, an additional €35 is charged.
VAT is included in the price.
