Every day of the year, you can enjoy the views from Vista Park’s high platform. The park platform is open to the public for free.
On the roof of the event stage
The Vista viewing platform’s extraordinary design provides an unusual experience, as you climb the walking roof of a large stage. It rises to 14 meters in height.
A breath-taking view of the lake from afar
The Vista platform provides stunning views of Velenje Lake and its surroundings. Kinta Kunte, an interesting garden settlement, can be seen to the east. The surrounding hills (Lubela, Vodemlja, Razborje) and Uršlja gora can be seen to the north, with Peca in the background. Smrekovec and Golte can be seen to the west, and the town of Šoštanj can be seen in the valley. The valley is closed on the south side by the surrounding hills, below which is Pesje, and in the immediate vicinity is the Jezero recreation center. The town of Velenje is on the south-east side, and the view opens onto the Paški Kozjak.
